It is a newspaper about entertainment and udhuke.
The magazine's 1-21 (10 Şaban 1287/15 Teşrinievvel 1/23 Teşrinievvel 1870-15 Zilhicce/23 February/6 March 1871) issues were published by Ali Raşid under the name "Terakki" in 19.5x29.6 size and then 22-46 with the name Letâif-i Asâr. After the issues were published, the name of the magazine changed to "Terakki", which was the name it started with, starting from issue 47 (10 Rebiülahir 1289/5 June 1872).
Since it comes out on Tuesdays with visible year/issues, it appears that there are small (and unillustrated) copies. It became 40 paras on 32 (30 Rebiülahir 1288/6 July/18 July 1871).
After publishing Rıza until the 46th issue, it started to be published by Mehmed Tevfik in 18x26 size starting from issue 47 (10 Rebiülahir 1289/5 June 1872) with the subtitle "It is a newspaper about entertainment. It is published on Mondays and Thursdays in the printing house number 73 on Zaptiye Street, a copy costs 0 money". This did not last long, and numbers 58-60 (20 Cumada II 1289/12 August 1873-4 Rajab 1289/26 August 1873) were issued by the Deputy Owner: Baha.
