Sample Text The "Readmission and Visa Liberalization Agreement", influenced and shaped by the Syrian civil war, attracts attention as a highly vocal and debated issue both in the European Union member states and in Türkiye. After the agreement, many statements and evaluations were made by the parties. The risk and probability that the agreement will not be fulfilled is quite high. In this study, the provisions of the agreement will be analyzed and evaluated according to International and EU law., The Readmission Agreement and Visa liberation Agreement/roadmap between EU and Turkey as a result of the Syrian Civil War is a delicate subject, discussed not only in Turkey, but also in the European Union member states. Both parties have made various statements and evaluations following the agreement. The risks and prospect of non-fulfillment of the conditions of the agreement is very real. This article will analyze and evaluate the content of the agreement accordingly international and EU law.
