Sample Text Violence, one of the important and serious problems of Türkiye, and especially violence against women, continues to increase day by day. The issue has now become more serious than a simple crime and should be considered as a crime against humanity. Sexual violence, which occurs as a type of violence, is quite common. Moreover, it is a big problem that mostly does not arise for various reasons, is not removed, and therefore is not reflected in the courthouse and is not included in the statistics. It is a big problem not only for our country but for the whole world. Although there is a regulation regarding sexual violence against women in the Turkish Penal Code, it does not seem possible to say that it is sufficient to solve the problem., Violence, especially violence against women, that is important and serious problem of Turkey, increases day by day. The issue should not be approached as a simple perception of crime; Indeed, it should be argued as a crime against humanity. Sexual violence which emerges as a type of violence is relatively common. Due to different reasons, most of the time, the big problem does not reveal, cannot be revealed, therefore the problem does not reflect on judiciary and also on the statistics. It is not only the problem of Turkey, but also the problem of the whole World. Despite the regulation in Turkish Criminal Code, it is not possible to say that's enough to solve the problem.
