Sample Text The developments in mining law in the world have been influenced by the understanding of state-run mining and encouraging private sector mining. In addition, the impact of the concept of sustainable development, which has developed under the pressure of environmental law, on mining law reforms cannot be denied. The mining law reforms carried out in Mexico and Peru, starting from Chile, have been shown as an example to the world as the South American Law Model. The World Bank and other international organizations are continuing their efforts to create a common mining law "lex minarele" by preparing a number of initiatives and creating a uniform mining law. However, countries' expectations from the mining sector, environmentalists and other pressure groups play an important role in the formation and change of mining law legislation. Changes and innovations in the mining law legislation are subject to measurement and analysis under the name of Legislative Impact Assessment. Our study includes a general evaluation of the country's laws that have made notable changes as mining law reform., Developments in the world in mining law, the approach of state-run mining and encouragement of private sector mining have been a big factor. In addition, it may not be denied the effect of the concept of sustainable development that grew under the pressure of environmental in mining law reform. The reforms starting from Chile to Mexico and Peru as a south American Law Model is cited as an example. The World Bank and the other international associations take some initiatives and endeavour, preparing a unique mining law in the name of lex minarele. Nevertheless, the expectations of government from mining sector, environmentalist and the other pressure groups pretend a vital role on the formation and amendment of mining law regulations. The amendments and reforms on mining law regulations are subjected to be measured and analyzed in the name of Regulatory Impact Assestment. In our work may be found an overall evaluation about the laws from the countries which made influential changes about reform in mining law.
