Sample Text	There is a close connection between the right to health and the rights to life and material and spiritual existence. These rights also bring positive and negative obligations to the state. The Constitutional Court embodies these obligations in its decisions. Developments in modern biomedicine confront constitutional law with new challenges on issues such as the origin of personality, cloning, embryonic stem cell production and euthanasia. There is a strict link between right to health and right to free development of the individual. These rights put the state under positive and negative obligations. In its decisions, the Turkish Constitutional Court has been identifying these obligations. Recent developments in modern biomedicine bear challenges to constitutional law in respect to beginning of personality, cloning, producing embryonic stem cell and euthanasia for instance.
