Entrepreneurship has recently become a very important issue with its social features coming to the fore as well as its economic phenomenon, and its areas of study are increasing day by day. Entrepreneurship can be defined as bringing together existing parts and creating market share by taking advantage of opportunities. Entrepreneurship intention is the activity of implementing the process by using functions such as risk, decision-making and management, with innate or acquired characteristics. Entrepreneurial intention can be affected by some individual and social facts. Culture and social networks are also considered to have an important place in terms of entrepreneurial intention. The aim of this study is to examine whether the way the student uses his or her social network has an important mediating role in the effect of social cultural values on students' entrepreneurial intentions. Three different surveys were used to measure and evaluate Entrepreneurial Intention, Societal Cultural Values and Social Network Usage. Surveys were administered to 358 students studying at four different universities. The data obtained from the surveys were analyzed in the SPSS statistical program. The findings have shown that the use of social networks has a partial mediating effect for the collectivism sub-dimension and a full mediating effect for uncertainty avoidance in the effect of social cultural values on students' entrepreneurial intentions.
