According to scientific explanations made today, it is stated that an adult human being has approximately seventy-five to eighty trillion cells, forty-six chromosomes in each cell, and two meters of DNA, and that the amount of DNA in a human being is long enough to circle the earth four or five times. While previous statements by the scientific community declared that a human being had one hundred and twenty thousand genes, medical science circles today state that there may be thirty thousand or thirty-five thousand genes. 1. It is important in many respects that the diagnoses made on genes that are so important for the human body, health and life remain within the legal field. However, the only importance of genetic diagnoses is not their potential to cause some legal problems. At the same time, it is extremely important and effective in the preliminary or primary diagnosis of diseases, their treatment, development of new drugs, treatments and methods, and due to the developments in medical technology, it even constitutes an extremely important tool and basis for the production of a new entity or food., According to the scientific researches, it is stated that an adult person has seventy five-eighty cells and in each cell there is fourty six chromosomes and 2 meters DNA which can spin around the world four-five times. According to the prior statements of the scientific committees, a person can have hundred and twenty thousand genes, however, recent studies show that this number can only be around thirty-third five thousand2. In terms of human body, health and life, it is important to diagnose genes in legal area. However, the only important thing in genetic diagnoses is not being potential of causing legal problems; but also creates an important ground and tool that can help early diagnosis for illnesses, new medicines, treatments and methods to improve.
