| Notes | Since the first days of its operation, the Turkish Historical Society has thought of publishing a magazine on behalf of the Institution and revealing the truths about history and Turkish History in this magazine, and presenting the results of the studies carried out in this field to the examining and critical eyes of science and history lovers. In fact, one article of the Institution's regulations defines publication work as an important duty. Proposals have been made many times by our members to publish a magazine on behalf of the institution. This issue was discussed in many meetings of our presidential council and general assembly. However, while the subjects included in our study program were classified according to their importance, the first research was devoted to preparing these books, as the work of giving a new direction to the history education in our schools in accordance with scientific truths and preparing a history series for secondary schools for this purpose was at the forefront. |
