Being able to create this view is one of the primary services that can be provided to a nation. Ataturk is the focal point of national consciousness. As long as the nation exists, it will survive. For him it is eternal. Ataturk is a sacred symbol of the Turkish will. While the Turkish nation was enslaved, he was able to gather all the forces in his person to liberate them.
