Boğaziçi University Library Digital Archive is a comprehensive online information platform that makes the university's rich historical and cultural heritage accessible to researchers around the world. This open-access archive, supported by the DSpace infrastructure, hosts the private collections of important figures and institutions that shed light on Turkey's history of literature, science, architecture and archaeology. The database contains a wide range of materials such as biographical documents, inter-institutional correspondence, manuscript drafts, diaries, letters and photographs in Turkish, Ottoman, English, French and German. Among the most valuable sections of the archive, in addition to the well-established Robert College and American Girls' College Archives; There are personal collections of intellectuals and scientists such as Adalet Ağaoğlu, Aziz Ogan, Feza Gürsey, Aptullah Kuran, Ismayıl Hakkı Baltacıoğlu, Jale İnan and the Scott Family. This archive serves as a vital cultural memory center for researchers by transferring priceless historical documents to the digital environment, preventing their physical wear and tear, and opening its unique primary sources to modern academic access.
