Biblioteca de la Universidad de Alcalá
The Library of the University of Alcalá (Biblioteca de la Universidad de Alcalá - BUAH), located in the city of Alcalá de Henares in the Madrid region of Spain, is the primary information center supporting the university's learning, teaching, research and continuing education activities. Operating as a "Center for Learning and Research Resources" (CRAI), the library is a functional unit that manages documentary resources in different formats and also supports the administrative functioning of the university. The library was established in 1999 with its modern structure; It has a large collection of 500,000 volumes of printed books, 7,000 periodical titles, 64,000 e-books and 77 databases. Located in Plaza de San Diego and in locations such as the Trinitarios building, BUAH plays a central role in providing access to information for the academic community.
