The building covers an area of ​​approximately three thousand square meters and primarily houses 1500 rare and original manuscripts from the private collection of His Highness the Emir of Sharjah; Additional parties will be added in the future. The House of Manuscripts is recognized throughout the region as an intellectual building and a cultural lighthouse that connects the past to the present. It was established with the instructions of His Highness the Emir of Sharjah to give importance to manuscripts. The building is connected to the main network of Al-Qassimiya University.
