Incipit: But then there is this treatise, which was written by the accomplished scholar, the scholar, and the hasty thinker, Qazi Muhammad Ali, a resident of Kasbah Nahayeh, Sarkar Sahrampur, near Shahjehanabad Subah, around the year 1180.
