Issued with title page given in Latin in roman characters, and entirely in Arabic, with first quire re-set to omit roman types. Book titles printed from woodblocks, text enclosed within double rules. Privilege of Sultan Murad III of the Ottoman Empire on p. 453, issued from Constantinople in 996 AH (1588 Gregorian calendar). Made from the Original version of the astronomer Nasir-al-Din in 1260 A.D Chapter 7 is misnumbered (in the printed script heading) as Chapter 9 on pages 169-184.
