Praise be to God, who healed the people and entrusted them with honor and the invitation to the abode of peace [...] And after that, it is from God Almighty’s care for His servants that He legislated for rulings and between what is permissible and what is forbidden a way that will make them fit in their livelihood [...] And the summary is for the imam, the scholar (10a), the scholar, the role model of the investigators, the beauty of the religion and religion, Abu Amr Othman.
