The manuscript was in the ownership of ʿAbd al-Laṭīf (d. 1946) as is evident from the inventory book of Oriental manuscripts (94/1961)., Begins with: (55b) In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, the best of what logic and speech open. Praise be to God, the One, who healed people and set up bodies indicating His unity over the faces of ages and years [...] And after these are honorable investigations. With evocative phrases whose meanings stir the minds [...] I attached it to the topic of discussion among scholars, which is marked by the aspect of unity among learners, which includes a reference to a variety of matters that do not have a trace of suspicion, Copyist note: (72b) The completion of the editing of this remarkable treatise occurred by the poor servant Ahmed Ibn Sinan on Monday at the time of noon in the holy month of Shawwal in the month of one hundred and thousand years in the town of Constantinople. May God Almighty protect her in every affliction and calamity. Ends with: (72a) Let us confine ourselves to this fate, praying for the best of humanity, even if the relationships pile up and the obstacles collide.
