This is a brief book on the language and what it needs of strange speech. We have preserved many of the nouns and adjectives and spared it the brutality of words and languages...”, Explicit: “And the wick is the wick, and its plural is dhabal, and it is also the flame, and the plural is sha’ayel. And God knows best", Colophon: "Scribal", triangular, reads "The writing of Kifayat al-Muhtadhuz in the language was completed at the end of the month of Rabi’ al-Thani of the months of the eighth year after the thousandth of the Prophet’s Hijrah", Collation: 2 V (20), III (26), I (28); two quinions, ternion and single bifolium; final three leaves left blank ; catchwords present ; pagination in pencil, Western numerals, supplied during digitization., Layout: Written in 23 lines per page ; frame-ruled., Script: Naskh ; angular 'Syrian' or Turkish hand in a narrow line; Virtually serifless with many closed counters, pointing in strokes rather than distinct dots, rounded, kāf mashqūqah preferred, etc., Decoration: Keywords and section headings rubricated., Support: European laid paper with 8 laid lines per cm.
