We have preserved many of the nouns and adjectives and spared it the brutality of words and languages...”, Explicit: “And the wick is the wick, and its plural is dhabal, and it is also the flame, and the plural is sha’ayel. And God knows best", Colophon: "Scribal", triangular, reads "The writing of Kifayat al-Muhtadhuz in the language was completed at the end of the month of Rabi’ al-Thani of the months of the eighth year after the thousandth of the Prophet’s Hijrah", Collation: 2 V (20), III (26), I (28); two quinions, ternion and single bifolium; final three leaves left blank ; catchwords present ; pagination in pencil, Western numerals, supplied during digitization., Layout: Written in 23 lines per page ; frame-ruled., Script: Naskh ; angular 'Syrian' or Turkish hand in a narrow line; Virtually serifless with many closed counters, pointing in strokes rather than distinct dots, rounded, kāf mashqūqah preferred, etc., Decoration: Keywords and section headings rubricated., Support: European laid paper with 8 laid lines per cm.
