Nüsha Notu RBC Binding: Bound in brown russia calf; English Renaissance style blind-stamped with garland and floral borders; blind-stamped turn-ins; rebacked., RBC Copy: Autograph of former owner William Yule written in ink on t.-p. with penciled note in Persian above printed title; penciled annotations on original back wrapper which is bound before the blank pages; owner's autograph in ink repeated throughout text [p. 20, 31, 32]; heavily annotated in ink and pencil on verso of t.-p., on shoulders or at head of pages both in Persian or English; laid-in: book dealer's descrition [purchased from Falkner Grierson in 1969] at t.-p.; 1 sheet 25 x 20 cm., folded to make [4] pages, handwritten notes mainly in English and some Persian, with a sketch in pencil of an elephant between p. [29]-[30]; 1 slip with penciled notes in English between p. [80]-[81]; 1 scrap 10 x 10 cm., with penciled notes in Persian marked with sealing wax with Persian imprint, English notes in ink on verso and 1 slip with penciled notes in English between p.
