Praise be to God, whose argument is astonishing and whose argument is apparent to the creatures... After all, people differ in their desires [and in their natures and opinions] and they work according to the extent of their determination... And when their determination remained in their state despite the goodness of their means, I wanted to examine a number of issues... so I selected [Including] the rulings on minors and minors and I deposited them in these short papers... I called this collection Jami’ al-Saghir and I hope that it will be a means for me to ward off humiliation and minors...”, Explicit: “So the midwife testified that he was separated while he was alive. They unanimously agreed that he accepts her testimony regarding the right to pray over him and will he accept her testimony regarding the inheritance.
