Date of copying: 16 Shawwal 1074H (12 May 1664). Written area size: 200x115 mm. The lines are different. Type of writing: The work is written legibly in script calligraphy. Ink: The work is written in black ink. Red ink was used in the titles. The name of the work and the author was determined from 132b leaves. The work's abdication/copying record is on page 242a. Leaves 242a-247a were added later. Missing page: Missing from the beginning to the letter Branch. The work consists of an introduction, four chapters and an epilogue. In the introduction, the importance, necessity and learning methods of medical science are emphasized. The first chapter is a general introduction to medicine, the second and third chapters are about mufred and combined medicines (al-mufredât ve'l-mürekkebât). The fourth chapter includes treatment methods for diseases according to morality and temperament. In addition to various issues related to medicine, many different sciences such as astrology, astronomy, geometry and talismans are included in the book. An important point that draws attention in the book is that the recipes of 1712 medicines are given, some of which were obtained by Antaqi as a result of his own experiences.
