| Notes | There is no date or place of copying. Written area size: 135x70 mm. Each page has 18 lines. (double column) Font type: The work is written legibly in Nestalic calligraphy. Ink: The work is written in black ink. Red ink was used in chapter headings. Pages 1b and 100a-106b were later written in black ink by Şefik Can in 1961 and the work was completed. It is a masnavi of 491 couplets written in 943 (1536) in the style of Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rûmî's Mesnevi and in the same meter. The work has two prefaces in Turkish and Persian. A simple and lively language is used in this didactic work, in which the Sufi meanings of the symbols of human beauty are explained in detail. |
