There is a record written as 'Recorded year 1137'. There is an introduction regarding the writing of the work in leaves IVb-XIa. The name of the work and the author's name were determined in leaf 1b. The work's quotation/copyright is in leaves 202b-204b. There is a copy of the letter sent to Sîvâsîzâde Efendi with the request to be dedicated to the Late Sîvâsî Efendi Lodge in Istanbul.
