Notes	There is a bibliography and index. "Letâifü'l-Efkâr ve Kâşifü'l-Esrâr, written by the Ottoman judge Hüseyin b. Hasan in 936/1529, was dedicated to İbrahim Pasha, one of the grand vizier of Suleiman the Magnificent. It consists of five chapters and sixty-six chapters and has an encyclopedic nature due to the variety of subjects it contains. Sections of Letâifü'l-Efkâr a) "Politics", b) "Hz. It bears the titles "History of the caliphs in Haremeyn-i Şerîfeyn from Adam to 935", c) "Literature", d) "Praised and blamed habits" and e) "On the strangeness of creatures and the strangeness of beings". In terms of its content, the first part of the work deals with the main subjects of the books containing political-fiqh provisions, while the second part stands out with an understanding of history that adds Ottoman history to world history. In this context, the other three parts of the work, which stands out by determining the domination of Mecca and Medina as an important criterion in order to provide a source of legitimacy for the Ottoman caliphate, are aimed at presenting in a concise manner the accumulation of rhetoric/literature, morality and geography that constituted the Ottomans' vision of the world. Letâifü'l-Efkâr, which has a privileged place among the rapidly increasing number of political treatises during the period of Suleiman the Magnificent, consists of a review section containing introductory information about the author and the work, a Turkish translation of the text, and an Arabic scrutinized publication based on three different copies.
