3 manuscript works seized in Erzurum were stolen from Safranbolu Mehmet Pasha Mosque İzzet Mehmet Pasha Library and were delivered to the Department of Culture and Registration on 26.06.1998 with document number 15290. On 05.08.2011, with the report, the works in the bag were removed from the safe and taken to the manuscript archive (2nd volume).
It has the foundation seal of Izzet Pasha.
