Ms. codex.Title from begining of text (fol. 2a, l. 14)21 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh and nastaʻlīq with use of red. Two types of glazed paper: light cream paper with pulp visible and European paper with watermark. Several ḥāshiyah mostly by the same hand between the lines and on the margins. Several inscriptions on fol. 1a (some in Ottoman Turkish). Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "ʻAqāʼid 126". Inscription in Arabic numerals on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "1603".Incipit: الحمد لله الذى توحد بوجوب الوجود ودوام البقاء ... اما بعد فان ارباب العقل متطابقون واصحاب النقل متوافقون على ان اكرم ما يمتد اليه اعناق الهممExplicit: وحكى عن اثارهم المرضية وسيرتهم الحميدة نفعنا الله بمحبّهم اجمعين وجعلنا ... وبعثنا يوم الدين مع الذين انعم الله عليهم من النبيين والصديقين والشهداء والصالحين وحسن اولئك رفيقا تم الكتاب - Painted paper with a small flower motif pasted on dark brown leather over pasteboards for upper and lower covers, fore-edge flap and envelope flap.
