Title from t.p. of v.1.Pages numbered consecutively in a later hand.Translator identified in colophon as Yaḥyā ibn Khālid Barmak.Bottom half of leaf 211, v.1 is missing.Ms. in indifferent nastalīq on glazed paper. 25.4 x 17 cm. Headings in red ink; some marginal notations.Paper is brittle and discolored in some places by water damage. Some leaves show repair; some are damaged. Minor insect damage; some leaves loose.Binding is black and maroon leather. Spines and cover borders are black; covers are maroon. Covers have blind stamped mandorlas with flanking tulips at top and bottom. Verso cover is detached from spine.
