Not sewn.Origin: According to colophon copy completed Sunday 20 Jumādá al-Thāniyah 1220 (fol. 148b).Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. الحمد لله الذي لايجب الحمد الا له ... وبعد فاني امرت بشرح رسالة الوزير ابي الوليد اين زيدون ...Colophon: ... وکان الفراغ من تحريرها وتنقيحها وتسطيرها في يوم الاحد المبارك الموافق لعشرين من جمادى الثانية من شهور سنة 1220 من هجرة من له العزّ والشرف على يد الفقير ... الله له وبوالديه والمسلمين امين ... - Contemporaneous type II (with flap) binding in dark brown leather. Color-stamped mandorla and blind-tooled edging. Red paper pastedowns. Flap is missing. - A commentary on the epistle of Ibn Zaydūn to Ibn ʻAbdūs. The commentary is commonly known as Sarḥ al-ʻuyūn fī sharḥ Risālat Ibn Zaydūn.
