Notes Recto: power of attorney given to ʿAmram b. Joseph he-Ḥasid by Moses b. Abraham to collect what is owed to him by Maḥbūb b. Ḥubbān. Dated Adar 1395 of the Seleucid Era (= 1084 CE), Fusṭāṭ. Mentions Ḥassūn ha-Levi b. Solomon and al-Mahdiyya. Verso: post-classical piyyuṭ, אשא דעי ליחד, with an alphabetic acrostic and internal rhyme.
