As appears in following authorial colophon (also on p.693), composition completed 16 Ṣafar 681 [ca. 26 May 1282] in Kāshghar. | Accompanying materials: a. OSd) and pendants, along with tooled rule border ; sewn in cream thread, two stations, many threads broken ; manuscript 'waste' guards on many bifolia ; worked chevron endbands in light green and cream, fairly good condition ; overall in somewhat poor condition with some abrasion, staining, lower board severely compromised (failure of the adhesive, full delamination and losses of pasteboard material) and now quite soft, cover detached at spine with most gatherings loose, etc. ; housed in box for protection. | Support: non-European (likely Persian or Indian) laid paper, possibly of more than one type ; mainly with 6-7 laid lines per cm.
