Notes Letter regarding Berenicehaving caught fire and the pasengers (including Pelly) having taken to the boats to escape and that all persons on board and the treasure chest were saved but all other belongings lost.The letter goes on to inform Edwards that they are en-route to Bassidore and asking him to arrange for the steamer to await them there.
