A collection of six treatises on the inflexion of the verb in Arabic. Followed by five other works on the same subject, namely : al-Mabādī fī-al-taṣrīf, commonly called al-ʻIzzī, by ʻIzz al-Dīn al-Zanjānī; al-Maqṣūd, usually ascribed to the Imām Abū Ḥanīfah ; Binā al-afʻāl, al-Amthilah fī taṣrīf al-afʻāl, and a short treatise explanatory of some verbal forms, all three anonymous.
