Notes Caption title: The book of the philosopher Aristotle, which in Greek is called Theologia ... is explained by the Tyrian Porphyrius. The same was translated into Arabic by the Christian Ibn 'Abdallah NaÌ"'ima from Emessa and for Achmed, Actually a paraphrase of Plotinus' Enneades, IV-VI. The Arabic version by Ibn NaÌ"'imah appears to be based on a Syriac translation, attributed by Baumstark to JoÌ"hannaÌ"n of Apamea. cf. Oriens Christianus, II (1902), p. 187-191.
