"Wa-al-Majallah... kāna aṣl waḍʻahā bi-al-lughah al-Turkīyah... wa-qad ʻatharat ʻalá nuskhah minhā fī al-lughah al-Turkīyah wa-ʻalá kull māddah sharḥ bi-al-lughah al-ʻArabīyah wa-jayyiz al-ʻibārah... fa-khaṭara ʻalá fikrī and abdala al-ʻibārah al-Turkīyah li-kull māddah bi-al-ʻibārah al-ʻArabīyah wāḍiʻ taḥtahā al-sharḥ al-ʻArabī al-majʻūl la-hā ... and al-sharḥ falfaḍīlatlū wa-fakhāmatlū Masʻūd Afandī"--Introduction., "And the magazine... was originally published in the Turkish language...
