A rare book, published in Samarkand and Tashkent (Uzbekistan), showcases the progress of the Socialism in the region. The author Hadi Feyzi was a communist author and activist, who believed in reviving the culture of Turkestan Turks under the Soviets. Together with Nezir Turekulov he was publishing a magazine Inqilab (Revolution) in the early 1920s in Tashkent. (Ahmed Zeki Velidi Togan, H. B.
