Notes The events of the novel take place in Palestine and Jordan, and extend to Türkiye, Lebanon, Syria, and a number of Asian and African countries. Fantasia deals with the Palestinian exile from World War I until the end of the twentieth century through a series of events based on interrogating history and competing in its spaces. In his new work, the novelist uses a temporal technique that destroys the traditional hierarchy of time to derive from it a new time with a communicative rhythm that leads to paradoxes that seem strange at first glance, but in the novel they turn into facts whose possibility is difficult to doubt.
