Notes
The story of “The Mysterious Will” that writer/narrator Ruqaya Al-Badi is writing is based on solving a “puzzle” that will be solved by three boys: Khaled, his brother Salem, their sister Aisha, the history professor Dr. Amer, and later Ghassan, who lives in the Holy Lands. As for the author of the puzzle, it is Hassan, who came to ask for their help in solving the mystery of that “mysterious will” that his father left for him after his death, only to discover that it was a blank piece of paper! Thus, after a series of adventures that the heroes of the novel will go through between Amman and Palestine, they will find the meaning of Hassan’s father’s saying, “Your path is a treasure that all eyes cannot see,” and “Seek my will where the souls dwell,” and “Let him know that opening the locks is by unifying the boxes,” in reference to the extreme importance of the will... How strange this matter is!! “The Mysterious Will” is a story directed at young Muslims. Through the journey of searching to decipher the mystery of the will, the children will learn about the history of the Holy Lands and the stories of the prophets. Imams and jurists will also receive information about the types of secret ink and volatile ink. And other information about the architecture of these monuments in terms of form and content, including the ancient Al-Aqsa Mosque, the Al-Aqsa Library, the Al-Khatniyya Library, the Al-Mazhariya School, the Argonian School, and others... and most important of all is the meaning of the commandment “House of Jerusalem.” --
