Notes
The one who looks at the books of jurists is not unaware of the status of sectarian jurisprudential correction among them, the intensity of their care for it, the abundance of their talk about it, and their writings on it, from all other sects. Correction may be implicit in the folds of books, and the multiplication of works, and hardly a reliable book in any sect is devoid of that, whether it is a text, an explanation, or something else. It may have been intended by authorship, as there are authors who intended to correct originality in their writings, so they titled their books with the name of correction, and with these books they corrected books that preceded them. Of this, I counted more than thirty books in the schools of jurisprudence, and this indicates its extreme importance, and the great interest of the jurists in it. The Hanbali doctrine from Imam Ahmad to Sheikh Mansour Al-Bahuti. -- Bibliography: Pages 393-408 in Volume Two.
