Sample Text [A collection of eight tracts on Arabic Syntax, the first, the fifth, the sixth, the seventh and the eighth being in Persian, the second, the third and fourth being in Arabic, namely : Naḥv-i Mīr, by Sayyid Sharīf al-Jurjānī ; al-Khulāṣah, Aṣl al-jumal, and al-Tatimmah, all three anonymous ; and Mi'at 'amil, a Persian metrical version of 'Abd al-qāhir al-Jurjānī's tract of that name. Edited, with marginal annotations, by Mawlavī Anwar 'Alī. with the addition of another tract in Persian, entitled ‘Umdat al-marām, by Muḥammad Ilāhī-bakhsh Faiẓābādī. with the further addition of two metrical Persian commentaries on al-Jurjānī’s Mi’at ‘āmil, by ‘Abd al-Rasūl and the poet Jāmī respectively. Another edition of the 1860 Lucknow edition, with the further addition of the last two metrical Persian commentaries.].
