The manuscript began with an index written by Muhammad bin "..." edited in 1377 AH. Comments in the margin, the manuscript is semi-framed, some lines are unclear. The first page before the index: two identical pages, containing the hopes of Imam Ahmed bin Issa - cloth cover - watermarks "ink".

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and by Him we seek help. The judge, Shams al-Din Jamal al-Islam wal-Muslimeen, informed us. Abu al-Fadl Jaafar bin Ahmad bin Abdul Salam bin Abi Yahya read it to him - may God Almighty have mercy on him. He said: The honorable Sheikh Abu Ali al-Hasan bin Ali Malaeb al-Asadi - may God have mercy on him - told us.
