In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to God. Praise be to Him, which is sufficient for His blessings and which rewards more. I cannot count the praise of God, just as He praised Himself, and His prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family. And after that, the first knowledge to be appreciated and the most deserving of teaching and learning is the Book of God the Most High, the Great, because upon it is the orbit of religion and it is the strong rope of God.
