In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and by Him we seek help. The second is the book of pre-emption, and this book includes five chapters. The first is its meaning, and this chapter includes a verse that is in the form of a verb of the pre-emption, and it is limited to the odd-numbered one. The pre-emption is a pair and the odd-numbered one, and God swore by them both, saying: “And the pre-emption and the odd number” (Image: 03).
