In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and may God’s blessings be upon Muhammad and his family, O Lord, make it easy and do not make it difficult, O Generous Book of Sales. The basic principle regarding its permissibility is the saying of God Almighty: “And God has made lawful trade and forbidden usury” and His saying... “O you who have believed, do not consume your wealth among yourselves unjustly, unless it is a trade by mutual consent of yourselves.”
