On his authority, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, he said: “O my father, Gabriel, peace be upon him, commanded me to recite the Qur’an to you. I said, ‘Just as I had from you the privilege of reciting the Qur’an, so grant me the reward of the Qur’an according to what God taught you...’” (Surat: 135)
