In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. “He is disobedient.” It is said that there is a sufficient meaning for His creation. “He guides His servants.” His hand is above their hands. He is aware of His righteousness. He is true to His promise. “He has mentioned the mercy of your Lord to His servant Zechariah.” Meaning, this is the Qur’an that was revealed to you. He has mentioned the mercy of your Lord to His servant Zechariah by answering his supplication.
