In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and with it we seek help from the Book of pre-emption. It is from the word pre-emption, the opposite of the odd string, as the pre-emptor assigns ownership to his property, and it is said that his mother is listening, meaning her son sells to her, as the buyer sells to take a right from him, and in Sharia the right belongs to the partner and those of the same rank in the thing sold for the sake of the sale.
