Surat Al-Nur, in the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The Almighty said: “A Surah We have sent down and made it obligatory.” The chosen one, peace be upon him, said the meaning of a Surah is what is joined to it, its meanings are combined, its composition is consistent, and its letters are consecutive. “And We have imposed it” is the obligation.
