In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. It was said that there was an atheist man in Egypt. He used to attend the gatherings of its jurists and theologians and ask them about the issues of the atheists. Some of them would give them poor answers, and some of them would rebuke and insult him. His news reached Al-Qasim bin Ibrahim, peace be upon him, and he was in Egypt.
