The book is full, and is followed by: verses by the learned jurist bin Khalid bin Idris, and it contains a record of the birth of: The happy, praiseworthy, grateful, rational newborn born with good deeds and happiness: Muhammad bin Ali bin Al-Hussein, on the blessed day, the Day of Rabi’, perhaps the eighth day of the month of Shawwal in the year 1109 AH... It contains benefits: a dialogue with poets (verses), namely Abu Al-Atahiya, Abu Nawas, and others. It has various other benefits. It contains poems: a poem by the confident in God, Al-Mazhar bin Muhammad bin Al-Mazhal bin Al-Mazalil Al-Ghamm, followed by a poem by Al-Bakri, who arrived to visit the Chosen One, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, and recited it as he entered the dome. It is followed by a poem by Ali bin Abi Talib, may God honor his face, and followed by an arjouzah called The Advising Message to Imam Abu Muhammad Abdullah bin Hamza bin Suleiman, on the morning of Thursday, Shawwal 25, 1002 AH. It is followed by the book “Al-Basas Li’aqid Al-Kaysat” about knowing the Lord of the Worlds and His justice toward the creatures and related principles of religion. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to God alone, and may His prayers and peace be upon Muhammad. Imitation in matters of practical branches, definite and speculative, is permissible [sic] for a non-mujtahid, except in my work that results from my knowledge, such as loyalty, enmity, and nation, the well-known predecessors, and those who are moderate among the Ahl al-Bayt.
