A1 We read: “A gift to the Al-Islah Library in Al-Rai from Mr. Hajj Qasim bin Abdullah in the holy month of Ramadan in the year 1415-1995.” We read in 1f: “This is the letter of Malik bin Abdullah Ham bin [Saqat].” Also written by Sial Ahmar, “Bin Abdullah Ahmed,” “Bin Abdullah Yahya.” - Medium - the skin is embossed. The paper has water marks. The copy is forged and the text is framed.
