The manuscript is somewhat dirty and has some foggy pages. It contains the date of composition, which is Saturday Jumada al-Akhir 1064 AH. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. And after that, some of the people who are guided asked me about the main issues of the fundamentals of religion... about the statements of the invalids, and that I combine that for him with clear evidence to make him reliable in doing good deeds, so I answered him to what he asked.
